Ryu's theme (remix)
Much like Ryu’s crusty feet, his theme has gone through some shit over the years. Ryu’s theme is precious. But it has been remixed so many times that I didn’t feel too overly cautious about trying my hand at a remix.
My musings for remixing Street Fighter themes is often thinking “If this character were in club and they wanted to pop their booty to their own theme, how would they want it to sound?” I figured Ryu would want something with enough of a BPM count that he can drop some flash foot work to, but with a cool vibe that he can also pick up his sack and strut out of the club to. Wind blowing. Leafs aflutter. That good shit.
